About WBPSC Clerkship

The WBPSC Clerkship Examination is conducted by the West Bengal Public Service Commission to recruit clerical staff for various departments under the Government of West Bengal. WBPSC Clerkship ELIGIBILITY

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have passed Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and other reserved categories as per government rules.

Nationality & Language

Must be a citizen of India
Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali
Knowledge of Bengali is not mandatory for candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali

Medical Fitness

Candidates must be physically and medically fit to perform clerical and administrative duties in government offices.
