RRB Group D Exam Pattern (CBT)
The RRB Group D selection process begins with a Computer-Based Test (CBT) designed to assess candidates’ basic aptitude, reasoning ability, general science knowledge, and awareness.
- Mode of Exam: Online (Computer Based Test)
- Total Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer

Candidates qualifying for the CBT are called for the Physical Efficiency Test. PET is qualifying in nature, and no marks are awarded.
- Mandatory to qualify to proceed further
- Different standards for male and female candidates
- Performance in PET does not affect final merit
